De rafeltjes en pitten eruit gelepeld.<br \/>\nNa 10 minuten koken kon Tim met een dunschiller de schil gemakkelijk verwijderen.<br \/>\n<strong>Verder nodig:<\/strong><br \/>\n1 teentje knoflook<br \/>\n1 grote ui<br \/>\n2 groentebouillontabletten<br \/>\n75 &#8211; 100 ml kookroom (light)<br \/>\n850 ml water<br \/>\n1 tl paprikapoeder<br \/>\nverse basilicum<br \/>\neventueel geraspte parmezaanse kaas<br \/>\n<strong>Bereiding:<\/strong><br \/>\nBreng 850 ml water aan de kook en verhit olijfolie in de soeppan. Fruit de geperste knoflook met de klein gesneden ui. Voeg de blokjes pompoen, het kokend water en de groentebouillontabletten toe. Laat de soep\u00a010 min koken, tot de pompoen zacht is. Pureer met de staafmixer. Voeg de kookroom, de fijngesneden basilicum en de paprikapoeder toe, laat meeverwarmen. Breng tot slot de soep op smaak met zout en peper.
